Please accept this as acknowledgement of receipt of your request. I have been on travel and apologize for the delay. We will be glad to search all of our records, but Gulf Coast won’t have much, if anything, to produce as we are a small, mostly rural college and don’t have a DEI-type department or positions. Our faculty have not been teaching, nor have they been instructed to teach or not teach these materials. I have attached the report sent to the Governor’s staff regarding this inquiry.

If you wish us to proceed further please advise, but we will require reimbursement for actual costs as allowed by 119 F. S.

Thank you,

Mr. Mercer --

Thank you for your response. No need to apologize for any delay -- despite being out for travel, your response was faster than that of most institutions!

No need to produce anything further here. This is sufficient for our purposes.

Thanks again,

Adam Steinbaugh
