Any documents regarding the award of tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property to the Trump Organization and Trump Organization subsidiaries.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Hello,
This email is in response to your public records request concerning "Any documents regarding the award of tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property to the Trump Organization and Trump Organization subsidiaries." I apologize for the slight delay, but your request went to the Department of Planning and Zoning. They forwarded your request to us, the Property Appraiser's Office.
There are 3 properties in Palm Beach County owned by the Trump Organization: Mar-a-Lago, the Trump National Golf Club Jupiter and Trump International Golf Club West Palm Beach. None of these three properties received any tax abatements, subsidies or reductions. The personal Property assessments are entitled to a $25,000 value exemption. That exemption is available to all personal property accounts, not just Trumps. I have attached the property record cards for all three properties. If you need anything else, feel free to contact me directly.
