Copies of all incident reports generated by the Palm Beach Police Department that relate to police activity at the following address:

PALM BEACH, FL 33480
The requested records include any and all incident reports, witness testimonies, 911 call reports, and officer narratives that relate to activity at the address above.
Please limit this request to records dated between June 1 2016 and May 18, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
