Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
The log of all records or evidence turned over to the FBI as a result of the Jeffery Epstein investigation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Your department should have a log (list in a sense) of the evidence that was turned over to the FBI correct? It would be a record kept by your department not the FBI.

I discussed with the Captain and created a report to extract the crime scene evidence unit property receipts. I came up with a list with 211 items. However, it needs to be redacted as there are victim names on it. I'm off tomorrow so it will be the beginning of next week.
