2. All purchasing, procurement, and bidding documents related to Briefcam
3. All agreements or MOUs and attachments related to Briefcam
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Nye County Administration is in receipt of your public records request sent via email dated December 13, 2020, regarding Briefcam. This office received your email on December 14, 2020. Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 239.0107, this response is provided to you not later than the end of the fifth business day after the date on which this office received the request.
Response:: Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 239.0107, Nye County Administration did not find any record between the county and Briefcam. While this type of contract may be with the Nye County Sheriff's Office, County Administration should have a copy. However, please contact the Nye County Sheriff's Office as they may be the Custodian of Record.
