In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 239.0107, this response is provided to you not later than the end of the fifth business day after the date on which this office received the request.
Response:: Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 239.0107, Nye County Administration did not find any record between the county and Briefcam. While this type of contract may be with the Nye County Sheriff's Office, County Administration should have a copy. However, please contact the Nye County Sheriff's Office as they may be the Custodian of Record.
