To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All calls of service to my address, 820 W. Cedar Ct. Apt. B, Oxnard, CA 93033.
Any information pertaining to the calls of service that were made to this address, including but not limited to;
1. Date
2. Times
3. Name of caller (if possible)
4. Any notes regarding the calls

I previously was told that i could send the request by mail, so i did but the request was sent back. I was told there is a fee, I purchased a money order in the amount. If possible, I could send the payment by mail, deliver it in person, or pay the fee online. Please inform me how to submit payment.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

need to report a non-emergency please call Dispatch directly at 805-385-7740.
Your request has been received. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If
you have questions regarding your request please call Records at 805-385-7600.
If necessary please call to verify the status of your request. Emailing a second
request may only prolong the process.
Once confirmed that documents are available, a staff person will respond with the
next steps. Valid identification and payment are required prior to sending any
requested documentation via email.
