We are in receipt of your public records request and need clarification on the specific documents you are seeking. To provide 20 years of assessments of all our parcels will cost approximately $300. Are there other documents you would like to request?

Dear Ms. Watson,
Thank you very much for your reply. When you say it would cost $300 for 20 years of assessments, does that refer to the values that are the output of the assessment process?
I am attempting to acquire information about the inputs to the assessment process - i.e. what statistical software is run & what years of sales data is the input data to calculating the assessed values. Would it be possible to get a quote for either 1) a document providing a detailed description of the calculation of the assessed values or 2) the scripts ("code") in the statistical software program actually used to make the calculations?
Thank you very much! Feel free to respond via email or you can reach me at 708-420-7259.
