Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any recorded communications (including any emails sent/received and legal documents) related to the “revenge porn” lawsuit filed by Michael Avenatti on behalf of Kathryn Novak;
2. Any recorded communications (including any emails sent/received and legal documents) mentioning “revenge porn,” ”non-consensual pornography,” and/or “Dog Pound;”
3. Documents related to the suspension of Delta Sigma Phi;
4. A list of Title IX sexual violence investigations including "revenge porn" or Title IX complaints of sexual exploitation from 2014 through the date this request is processed;
5. A copy of all school conduct policies regarding "revenge porn" or non-consensual pornography."
The requested documents are in reference to the following "revenge porn" cases connected to the university:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I'm following up on this request. Please see below and attached:
1. We are working on an estimate for staff time associated with completing this item of your request.
2. The key words "revenge porn" and "non-consensual pornography" are not part of university policy. Records with the phrase "Dog Pound" will be accounted for in the estimate associated with item 1.
3. Associated documents are attached, with redactions per FERPA.
4. Such a list does not exist.
5. As previously mentioned, these terms are not part of our Student Conduct policy.
