Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
Every use of force report made by Orlando police officers from January 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

ask for progress updates, etc. Or you can send those requests to us here at

Just to be clear, you are requesting every response to resistance report
since Jan 1 2016? Those reports are completed by a Sergeant, not by
officers themselves.
Someone should be getting back with you and providing a cost estimate for
your request.

That's correct, except its every response to resistance report since Jan 1, 2015 (not since 2016, though this will also include reports made in 2016).
