Please provide the CCTV raw footage all minutes all camera form DVR h264 from Club 205 x club Mystic, chevron gas station, and hotel with Tiffany
Audio of John S Captain and Dan Meyers at hiss office 2015-16? And audio of me on oct 9th 2013 for the murder of Tiffany Jenks blue lake park
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

You subsequently appealed our response, that we had no responsive records, with the Oregon Department of Justice, and I am also including their determination. This request, PR37010, was not for records related to ID Discovery.

Please note my disability makes it hard for me to explain if we have further issues we should seek help from ADA for ADHD and Dyslexia as it appears I’m not able to explain.
I requested from OSP on many occasions all documents all everting from each word and each style of spellings for anything from the murder of Tiffany Jenks, John Captain, ID Discovery, Kathleen Johnson, Richard Lovett all related to this case.
I had paid some fees and got one email containing some pages of a interview with the shooter girlfriend and Joshua the co killer.
I had not got the audio from anything or my interviews. ID Discovery video, audio, emails, etc.
How come i cant have the requested items filled long ago ?
Please note I will be unable to re open my store unless all items requested from all agencies is provided and for the future all 30k customers will be told why.
