Thank you. I appreciate that many of the policies will be exempt due to the sensitivity of the issue. However, I hope that at least a portion will be releasable, if in a redacted form. If records must be withheld, I would appreciate knowing the number of pages being withheld and if possible the titles of the documents being withheld.
Thank you for your attention to this matter,
Dave Maass

Mr. Maass,
After reviewing your public records request we would like to direct you to
our campus public safety website which has practices shared with our campus
community. *https://www.pdx.edu/cpso/active-shooter-what-you-can-do

Disclosing responsive records regarding specific policies, practices,
plans, and training are exempt under ORS 192.501 (18) as they could
potentially endanger physical safety of an individual, as well as,
jeopardize law enforcement activities .
ORS 192.501 (23) also applies as responsive records could potentially
identify weaknesses or potential weaknesses in University security
measures.
Per your request, we have attached our redacted policy.
Thank you,
Clair C. Pinkerton
