Dear Mr. Osborne-
Attached are the records responsive to your request made on 02/16/2016. The Helfrich 2008 contract was mislabeled. The attached document supersedes this one and is the earliest contract. The office considers these documents to be fully responsive to your request, and will now close this matter. Thank you for contacting the office with your request.

Dear Mr. Osborne,
Your documents were delivered on 2/17/2016 along with the URL of our documents page which contains all current athletic contracts. Please check your account with Muck Rock. In the future, it would be most expeditious if you would contact the department directly via email with requests instead of through a third party. Doing so can potentially complicate our response since we only accept records requests from individuals. This is to prevent abuse of the process by automated request programs. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Sincerely,
Office of Public Records
