Good morning,
I am the public records contact for the Oregon Department of Corrections, and I have replied to every request we have received, which has included a letter of acknowledgment, and a Fee Waiver Request form that needs to be filled out and returned to me. My email address is Nickie.basinger@doc.state.or.us<mailto:Nickie.basinger@doc.state.or.us> will you please send any replies and future requests to my email address? You are currently sending requests to Betty Bernt, she does not process PRR’s so please update your contact information. In addition, please look back in your records for all of my responses including the documents I have already sent. You can also send future requests to doc.generalpublicrecordrequests@doc.state.or.us<mailto:doc.generalpublicrecordrequests@doc.state.or.us> that is DOC’s general email account. Note, that all of DOC’s responses has fallen within the legal allotted response time.

Thank you,
