Ms Bolton,
Thank you for this response. This request is for a national project assessing law enforcement and court response to cases of missing Native American youth, which will be published by Sovereign Bodies Institute. We understand the State of Oregon does not maintain data on missing Native Americans, and we will print that in the report.
Thanks,
Annita

Hi Annita,
We completed and closed your request on May 1st. I have reattached our response which states "The Department has identified no records responsive to your request. Oregon Public Records Law does not require public bodies to create records in response to a public records request." This response is only on behalf of Oregon State Police however, as we would not speak to what is maintained by any other entity in Oregon.
