J. Ader:

I serve as the privacy officer for the Oregon TITAN Fusion Center. We recently received your public records request for what you termed, "All Advisories, Suspicious Activity Reports, Tips, Intelligence Briefs, Intel Reports, Leads Information or Data, Maps, Bulletins, and/or Joint Bulletins from November 1st, 2020 to November 5th, 2020."

I am happy to help provide you with the non-exempt records that you seek, but I need some clarification about your request. We do not use the terms 'advisories,' 'leads Information,' or 'joint bulletins.' Further, the terms 'data,' and 'maps,' are very broad and I do not understand what you meant by them. For example, we frequently use Google Maps, but I suspect this is not what you intended.
Additionally, if I understand your request correctly, it appears that you seek information that originated from outside our organization. Under Oregon Administrative Rule 137-090-0040<https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/viewSingleRule.action?ruleVrsnRsn=13549> we are prohibited from releasing that information without prior approval from the originating agency.

I will be in the office for the rest of today and all next week and I look forward to helping you with your request.

Sincerely,

Colin Benson
