Any and all relevant documents generated during the month of September 2020 with AND/OR concerning Enrique Tarrio (aka Henry Tarrio), including electronic communications, text messages, letters, transcripts of records or phone calls, incident reports, memos, presentation materials, or special threat assessments.
I also request that this be fulfilled on a rolling basis, as responsive documents are discovered.
