Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following documents:

The recycling plan proposals for Apple, Inc. for 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 (if available) for Oregon E-Cycles Program compliance. Apple’s annual implementation and sampling reports filed under Oregon’s Electronics Recycling Law (459.A.320(3)(e) for 2014, 2015, and 2016 (as referred to here: http://www.deq.state.or.us/lq/ecycle/manufacturers/docs/ORECyclesGuideManufacturerPrograms.pdf).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. They will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE's science and technology website (motherboard.vice.com).

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request, and I request that it be processed under the "media" fee category. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

If DEQ determines that it will require more than 30 days to respond to a record request, it will inform the requestor of the estimated time necessary to comply with the record request.
