Allegations of misconduct or dishonesty regarding Officers Kyle Mena and Steve Arana of the Ontario Police Department

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide me a copy of all complaints (substantiated or unsubstantiated) or allegations of misconduct filed against the following police officers/detectives: Kyle Mena and Steve Arana of the Ontario Police Department during the past 10 year period (between 2010-2020).
1. What is the total number of citizen complaints (allegations of misconduct) made against these two officers annually for the last 10 years? If your department logs complaints in a database, spreadsheet, or other log, a copy of those logs is fine instead.
Please include the type of complaint (i.e., use of force, abuse language, unwarranted search) and the result of complaint (i.e., sustained, exonerated).
2. What is the total number of complaints police officers made against these two peer officers in department annually for the last 10 years? If your department logs complaints in a database, spreadsheet, or other log, a copy of those logs is fine instead.
Please include the type of complaint (i.e., use of force, abuse language, unwarranted search) and the result of complaint (i.e., sustained, exonerated).
3. What is the number of complaints made or found against Kyle Mena or Steven Arana officers involving in dishonesty, illegal obtaining of evidence, lying under oath or in a report or statement made by these two acting under the scope of either a police officer, a detective or an Expert Witness, made in your department, for the past 10 years? Any documentation or reports that detail the information will suffice.
Please include documentation regarding how many of these complaints involved disciplinary action. Please include the number of times their conduct resulted in disciplinary action.
4. Which of the above data are published publicly? Please provide a link to any and all publicly available reports containing the data above.
5. Any complaints accusing Kyle Mena or Steven Arana of illegally obtaining evidence in order to find a just cause of action or probable cause, falsifying documents or statements, lying while acting as an Expert Witness, any allegations of dishonesty made against them, abusing their position of power, targeting specific groups of people based on their race or affiliations, any actions involving moral turpitude within the last 10 years, whether substantiated or unsubstantiated).
6. Any superior court lawsuits involving Kyle Mena or Steve Arana, and/or citizen complaints, and/or peer complaints made by other police officers regarding these two Officer's conduct while acting under the Agency of Ontario Police Department.

If there are no responsive records for any superior court lawsuits involving Brennan Devey or Maynor Arana, and/or citizen complaints and/or peer complaints made by other police officers regarding these two Officer's dishonesty and misconduct while acting under the Agency of Ontario Police Department, are there any lawsuits brought within a district court complaint involving Brennan Devey or Maynor arana and Kyle Mena? Please advise.
