Mr. Waltman

The City of Omaha is in receipt of your Public Records request. This is
the response required by the Nebraska Statutes.

Attached please find the following documents:
1. Helicopter Assistance Policy
2. A copy of the Helicopter Operations Manual
3. A spreadsheet of costs for helicopter upkeep and purchasing for the
last 5 years.
4. We don't have usage logs per se, but do keep statistics that summarize
the usage. That information is maintained in the annual report of the
department - you can access at https://police.cityofomaha.org/ and
select crime information. Since the data for 2016 and 2017 are not
available yet, I attach two spreadsheets, one for each year, that contains
this information.
