This letter further responds to your public records request. GMB last wrote to you about your request on July 15, 2020.

You asked for copies of the following Commission records:

GMB has adopted rules pursuant to RCW 42.56.120(2)(b) related to charges for producing records in response to public records requests. GMB may charge for copies of electronic records, actual cost of other copies, and postage (these rules are available at WAC 230-21-016).

GMB Public Records is preparing an installment of records responsive to your request that we plan to produce on CD. The cost of this production under RCW 42.56.120 and WAC 230-21-016 is below:

1. CD/DVR: Total cost = $5.32
* $0.81 for CD & disc sleeve
* $0.46 for envelope
* $4.00 for postage
* $0.05 for every four electronic files (1 sets of four files x $0.05)

Please send a check or money order made out to GMB for the total of $5.32 along with a copy of this letter to the address listed below. After we receive payment, we will send you the next installment of records within five business days. If we do not receive payment by September 25, 2020, we will assume you no longer wish to receive these records and the Commission will close this request.
