Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Any and all records or correspondence both written and electronic(emails) regarding Vendor’s Application(Software) Security of new Investigative Request processing system. Please also include any mention of the usage of open-source code by the Vendor.
2) Any and all records or correspondence both written and electronic(emails) regarding Vendor’s Cloud/Hosting Security of new Investigative Request processing system.
3) Any and all records or correspondence both written and electronic(emails) regarding Vendor’s Personnel Data Access Security Policies and Procedures of new Investigative Request processing system.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Based on the wording of your request, it looks like you want information about a contracted, cloud-based service. I am unable to determine which vendor or service you are referring to. Would you please provide me with a little more detail or description?

I can't proceed without additional information from you. If I do not hear from you on or before Aug. 27th, I will have to close your request.
