Signed Assault and Battery Complaint 6/17/2014 Against Adaira Gardner by Amanda Gates

Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking a copy of the signed "ticket on the assault and battery" that occurred on 6/17/2014 near "44th and Shields." The victim is identified in case #14-048792 by officer David Lesher as Amanda Suzanne Gates (7/6/1977). The suspect is identified as Adaira J. Gardner (1/9/1997).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
