Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all available dog licensing and registration data for animals within Atlanta, GA.
Please include all available segregable data, including but not limited to:
• the type of animal
• the breed of the pet
• the pet's date of birth
• the pet's name
• the owner's address or applicable zip code
• any other available notes
Also, I am requesting that the data be sent in Excel format.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Oklahoma City does not require licensing/registration, therefore there is no information to give to her. The new menacing/dangerous dog ordinance does require a registration, but that does not go into effect until August 4th.
