From: Brian Bates

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking digital audio copies of OCPD radio traffic on June 18, 2014 between the hours of 01:50 - 08:00 (1:50am-8:00am). Specifically all radio calls related to the reporting of a sexual assault committed by then OCPD officer Daniel K. Holtzclaw by civilian Jannie Pearl Ligons (requests for supervisor, officers putting themselves out at the location, calls for service, etc.). If it is more convenient, I will gladly accept a copy of all radio calls during that time, and not just those specific to the Holtzclaw/Ligons sexual assault complaint.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Sincerely,

Brian Bates
