To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A full and complete copy of the materials previously provided in response to the open records requests by News 9 reporter Lisa Monahan and Fox 25 reporter Phil Cross regarding OCPD e-mails related to DNA testing in the Daniel Holtzclaw case and those exchanged between the DNA lab supervisor Campbell Ruddock, who was involved in the secret hearings, and Elaine Taylor, the lab expert who testified at Holtzclaw’s trial.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
