Samuel,

We might be able to start with the year 2010 and go through 2016. The totals for 2017 will not be ready for a couple of months.

The below request is too large. The Department does not have the ability to retrieve the information you request.

From: Samuel Sinyangwe

Hi, if the aforementioned request is too large then I'd like to revise the request to only include these documents for the following years: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Thanks,

Sam

Why can't this request be fulfilled as requested? And, if it can't be fulfilled, which years of the requested data can you provide? Note that these records are required by law as per the Oklahoma Public Records Act.

Sam,

I think I have been able to come up with some information for you. The big problem is OCPD has not recorded information in the manner you have requested. Also, the older recorded information was completed in different formats which causes a number of problems. Because of the change in the way the records were kept over time, some of the information is available some is not. Some of the coding utilized in 2000 is no longer utilized today. I will present you with the information we have been able to retrieve. I would like to draw you attention to the information under category "A". if you see an occurrence date and then see a number of ###, this means it is the same case just multiple allegations. If you expand each category then you should be able to obtain the information or as close as we can provide the information requested.

Bo
