All Stand Your Ground motions that have been filed by defendants in judicial district 23 since January 1, 2006.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have received your request for "All Stand Your Ground motions that have been filed by defendants in judicial district 23 since January 1, 2006." Please be advised that the motions requested are filed and maintained in the court clerk's offices in my district (Pottawatomie and Lincoln Counties). Furthermore, my agency does not track those motions if filed, no do we maintain any type of database that would contain the requested information. Under Section 24A.18 of the open records act, my agency does not have a duty to create a record if it is not already in existence.

The information requested may be obtained at the respective court clerks in my district.
