To Whom It May Concern:

On behalf of Documented and the Intercept, pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following:

All records relating to expense claims made by Scott Pruitt during his time as Oklahoma Attorney General.

The requester is entitled to a fee waiver because he is a member of the news media, and because this request for records concerns activities or operations of the government. Requester is an investigative journalist and the co-director of Documented, an investigative watchdog and reporting group that explores the relationship between industry and government. Nick Surgey writes for the Intercept.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
