To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
For the land given to the US Government in exchange for safety, Justice and land in Oklahoma we gave you 1.6 million acres plus or minus 1
At that time under contract you provided my tribal members land.
Then as we headed off to the new land in Oklahoma we were not giving copies of all documents leading to land rights and i was told we asked you to hold those documents while you killed us.
From that point we were promised lands and rights and as of today it seems we have nothing left. For example my 100 relatives who walked the trial of tears were found incompetent to own land without your help. And that’s great i feel glad you helped us and can now safely test me in English with an update.
My reqest
How much land does the last name Captain. Own in Ohio at this point
How much land did you hold for the orphans whom where adopted out the day land was provided to the non dead indians.
And lastly under ADA i cannot understand your 4 billion documents so I would reqest assistance in my reqest if possible
Does the Tribe, or Captain or the orphans have any lands in Ohio that you held for us until we were able to handle the rights as a human ?
How many lots and acres does the people of Shawnee own in Ohio ?
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
