Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
-The Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification forms submitted as required to the United States Department of Justice for the years 2011 through 2016.
-Total civil asset forfeiture figures per year for the years 2010 through the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In response to your Oklahoma Open Records Act request, please be advised as follows:
The OSBI did not participate in the Equitable Sharing Program of the United States Department of Justice for the years 2011 through 2016. Therefore, there are no records responsive to your first request for "The Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification forms submitted...." For those years.
