Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any report received between January 1, 2021, and January 1, 2022, in conformity with 70 O.S. § 2120. This statute requires public institutions of higher education to submit an annual report to the Governor concerning freedom of expression, including "a description of any barriers to or incidents of disruption of free expression occurring on campus[.]"
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Thank you for this production and quick response!
Do you know whether any supplemental reports have been filed by any institution since January 1, 2019? That particular statute requires institutions of higher education to submit supplemental reports and copies of lawsuits whenever they are sued on First Amendment grounds. If so, could you share those?

If you want supplemental reports from 2019, you will need to make another open records request.
