All text messages sent and received from the government cell phone of Frank LaRosa in November of 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr Eippert,
Thank you for the reply, I was hoping for a bit of clarity.
Do they not maintain records on this because:
A. Frank LaRosa has no government cell phone.
B. He has a government cell phone but does not use text messages.
C. He has a government cell phone, uses text messages, but the department is not recording them.
Because A and B would be a waste of both of our time for me to take to the court and I don't want to waste our time.

Thank you for following up on your request for public records. We had interpreted your request to be regarding Secretary of State Frank LaRose, rather than "Frank LaRosa." We do not maintain these records because Secretary LaRose does not have a government cell phone.
