Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A log or any other documentation that exists, that summarizes correspondence with Governor's Office from individuals on public records issues and the response, if any.
If in the event that there is no log or equivalent documentation, I seek all correspondence from individuals on public records issues and the response from the Governor's office, if any.
I am seeking records documenting the period between Dec. 20, 2016 and Feb. 20, 2017. However, I am willing to accept a larger time span if the summary documentation exists for a wider time period.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

As you are no doubt aware the statute requires public offices to make copies of public records available “within a reasonable period of time.” Ohio Rev. Code § 149.43(B)(1). I am concerned that you are not taking this request seriously and are not promptly preparing these public records to be made available.
Do you have an estimated date of completion of this request or additional clarifying questions, or do I need to exercise my rights per §149.43(C)?
