To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all policies that were or are in effect during the years 2016 and 2017 at Southern Ohio Correctional Facility regarding the reception and sending of mail and other post and packages. Please include any and all materials related to restrictions on the types of materials an inmate may receive. Please also include all price lists related to the acquisition of stamps, envelopes, or similar mail-related goods, as well as contracts related to the handling of mail at this facility.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
