Ohio Police Cooperation with CBP and ICE (Ohio State Highway Patrol)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- Any and all communications between your agency and US Customs and Border Patrol (otherwise known as “CBP”, “USCBP”, etc) and/or US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (otherwise known as “ICE”.)

- Any and all records relating to any and all operations conducted between your agency and US Customs and Border Patrol and/or US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

- Any and all records relating to your agency’s cooperation with US Customs and Border Patrol and/or US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

- Any and all records relating to patrols performed by US Customs and Border Patrol and/or US Immigration and Customs Enforcement in your jurisdiction, including any such patrols on Interstate 5.

For the purposes of this request, please only include records dated on or after January 1st, 2018. Please process the request in full, even if some sections do not have responsive documents.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
