The data analysis report that the Stark County Health Department says is being followed from the Ohio Department of Health to justify their demand that certain well owners abandon their wells due to alleged public exposure threat from dioxane contamination. This pertains to the letters sent that warned residents of health risks and potential legal action if they do not allow testing or abandon the wells. Please see:
