My colleague, Angela Terez, forwarded to me your public records request for submissions made by employers using the "Return to Work Dispute Resolution Form" during the period from May 1 to May 8, 2020. Since the submissions you are seeking contain confidential information about employers and unemployment claimants, our office is unable to assist you with your request.

Please note that Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C.) Section 4141.21 specifies that information maintained by or furnished to ODJFS is for the exclusive use and information of ODJFS in the discharge of its duties, and cannot "be used in any court in any action or proceeding pending therein, or be admissible in evidence in any action, other than one arising under this chapter..." Moreover, O.R.C. §4141.22 prohibits the disclosure or use of that information, with very few exceptions, and O.R.C. §4141.99 sets forth penalties for violations of O.R.C. §4141.22.
