With regard to Request No. 3, could you clarify the time frame for such communications and the names of state employees to whom/from whom Ms. Barker may have communicated.

For all other requests, I have forwarded your request to the appropriate staff to identify any potentially responsive records and Legal Services will perform any necessary legal review.
