Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

-The Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification forms submitted as required to the United States Department of Justice for the years 2011 through 2016.
-Total civil asset forfeiture figures per year for the years 2010 through the date this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Brad - not a huge deal but I would prefer it if when you send out the acknowledgement letter you say the following in the accompanying email:

"Mr. Waltman, please find attached the Ohio Department of Public Safety's acknowledgement of your July 11, 2017 public records request."

I prefer to tell the requestor exactly what we are sending them in the email.

Finally, are you "ccing" me on this because you and Rob need assistance with this one?
