We are requesting this data in a machine-readable format such as Excel spreadsheets or .csv files.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This email is in response to your Public Records Request received 3/2/21. Pursuant to California Government Code section 6253, the City is still in the process of gathering responsive documents. Due to the nature of the request, the City needs additional time to search for, collect, and appropriately examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records.
