Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) Video recordings of all zoom meetings given in regards to panorama survey.
2) Minutes of all meetings in regards to panorama survey.
3) Documents such as powerpoint presentations in regards to panorama survey.
4) Reports from panorama that have been used internally or externally.
5) Financial documentation for payments made regarding Panorama survey.
This search is already time delimited, as the Panorama survey has only been used by Oakwood schools for a limited time period.
Domain is specific to meetings, reports, and fiduciary documentation.
Subject is narrow.
Email search specifically is not being requested unless incidental to above request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
