From the dates 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2021, search all e-mails under the control of Oakwood Schools for the following key words in messages (sender, recipient, CC, BCC, subject, body, or other), deleted or not. Provide a copy of the messages and include in the copy the account name / email-address in which the message was found (sent or received).

This request is not over-broad. It is for an unusual search term for a specified time period in a specific domain.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The District has fully responded to this request.
One District employee signed up for free professional development available from the Anti-Racist Educators Collaborative. However, the employee did not attend any sessions, which were available on-line. Thereafter, the employee continued to receive unsolicited emails from the email address, antiracismeveryday@gmail.com<mailto:antiracismeveryday@gmail.com>. No action was taken based on the unsolicited emails, and therefore the information you are requesting does not document any activity of the District, and is not a public record subject to disclosure.
