Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

For the calendar year 2020 and 2021 ending on the date you complete this request:

Records of any:

Professional development expenditures made by the district or on behalf of the district

Please include:

Invoice / disbursement

If paid by an external entity any related invoices and contracts in district possession

Contracts for professional development services / training

All records maintained for employee reimbursements of professional development expenses or prospective payments made on employee request

Documentation of any grants received by the district, monetary or services, for professional development and contracts relating to such if applicable

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
