Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all emergency (911) and non-emergency phone calls received by the Nye County Sheriff’s Department that either originated from or pertained to any incidents that took place at either of the following addresses:
95 Kit Kat Drive, Mound House, Nevada 89706
69 Moonlight Road, Mound House, Nevada 89706
Please limit this request to emergency (911) and/or non-emergency phone calls received between January 1, 2013 and October 15, 2015.
The requested records include audio files of the emergency (911) and/or non-emergency phone calls, as well as any associated transcripts or dispatcher notes.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

It is my understanding that this was already answered however since we have a second request I am cc’ing those involved so they are aware.
The addresses provided below with request for records did not occur in Nye County however I believe are both in Carson City Nevada.
Those requests need to be re-directed to the appropriate agency.

Regarding your request for 911 calls originating from the Bunny Ranch, we are not the agency of record for these records as the Bunny Ranch does not conduct business within Nye County boundaries.
The Bunny Ranch is located in Carson City, Nevada which is several hundred miles north of Nye County.
Thank you for your interest in our county. We would certainly send you the information you have requested, if it was in our power to do so. Mr. Hof does own other brothels within our county.
