To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Emails and email attachments that fit the following criteria:
1) Sent or received between March 1st, 2018, and the latest possible date (i.e. today's date October 10th, 2018, or the latest possible date available in the email system, as the systems are often up to a month behind)
2) Between email addresses associated with the law enforcement department to which this request is addressed and one (or all) of the these three addresses: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com
3) Containing in the subject line or body of the message or attachment one or more of the following search terms:
'New England Counter-Terrorism Seminar'
'New England Counter-Terrorism Session'
The emails and/or attachments are likely to include, but are not limited to:
—Program or trip itinerary
—Travel and accommodation information
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.
I’m not aware of any but I forwarded your email to our IT Department.
I already replied. I not aware of any unless it was an unsolicited email to the department. I also forwarded your request to our IT department.
Please let me know if there are any results from the IT department.
It advised that they can not search as described, but that I should be able to search my email to see if anything comes up. I do not have any emails to the addresses you noted during the time frame noted, and I would not expect anyone else here to have one as emails from ADL have generally come to me albeit not from those addresses.
