The City of North Port has reviewed its files and has determined there are no responsive documents to your request. 1. The City of North Port uses Adobe Acrobat to sign purchasing documents and create solicitations. We are not required by law to respond to your request for information however, our Purchasing Department has provided the following: a) We advertise solicitations through DemandStar and our own website. b) Vendor pay a fee to DemandStar, there is no fee for the City to use DemandStar. c) There is no contract. d) Our ERP system manages all financial data including encumbrances for purchases.
