Mr. Steinbaugh,

Upon reviewing your request (below). We are estimating 13 hours to complete this request. The first hour is free but each subsequent hour is charged at a rate of $25/hour. We request payment of $300 before beginning fulfillment of the this request. Please keep in mind, this is only an estimate and if further time is needed, we would charge above and beyond the estimated amount before any records are released. If it happens to be less than the estimate, we would refund the difference.

Below is some further information on what you are requesting:

* #2 items will not include #1 items, as they will already be in the #1 list.
* There are 23 cases for number 3 in 2022.
* For #4 we have nothing. We do not currently have a system to maintain a list of complaints on vanity or personalized plates.
* For #5 We have no report that gives a list of revoked/recalled SRP cases

For the rest of the items we will need to run multiple reports and they may or may not contain the items you seek, but the effort (time) still applies.
If you wish to proceed, you may contact our Finance Division to make payment.
