To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the North Dakota Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Basic information on all cases (open and closed) of missing American Indian/Alaska Native persons (including juveniles) within North Dakota, from 2000 through 2020; this basic information can include but is not limited to: person name, age, DOB, incident date, case closure date, county/jurisdiction in which person was reported missing"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am working on the recent open records request you submitted for records on missing Native Americans that the North Dakota Highway Patrol may have. We received the same type of request last year in May of 2019. The attached documents were provided in May of 2019 and would be for cases meeting the information in your current request through May of 2019. I am currently looking for records that meet the information you requested for the time period of May 2019 to present. If you have any questions please respond to this email address.
