Good Morning,

I received your open records request today and have a question with the dates you are requesting.

1. What is the start date of the litigation you are requesting?

I am unable to calculate the fees on the time it will take staff to find and produce these records without a start date.

With the request regarding the grievances: N.D.C.C. § 12-47-36(1) The case history records of the DOCR or its divisions or departments relating to persons in the custody or under the supervision and management of the division of adult services of the DOCR are exempt records as defined in section 44-04-17.1.

Thank you,

Hello Ms. Linster,

Thanks so much for your message. I'd be interested in any matters commenced from January 1, 2000 onward; please let me know if further limitation is necessary.

Best,
Beryl

Good Afternoon,

After researching this further the DOCR does not have any databases or lists dealing with litigation. The only item we have at the DOCR is monthly status reports and I have attached all the reports that staff had in their possession.

Thank you,

Michelle
