Pursuant to North Dakota Constitution, Article XI, Section 6, and the North Dakota Open Records Statute, N.D.C.C. ยง 44-04-18(1), I hereby request the following records:
All Dakota Access Pipeline Protest Threat Assessments. These were compiled between August 6th 2016 and February 24th 2017. Per a FOIA release I received last month, by mid September 2016 these reports numbered in the low twenties. These were part of a joint intelligence program run with the Morton County Sheriff's Department and other local Sheriff's Offices.
As a member of the media who has published extensively on issues relating to DAPL and many other law enforcement centric topics, I request to be in the media category for this request.
